This step kind of goes with the first step (Mindset). Get your mind right and after reading these 4 steps, write down your health goal and how you plan to achieve it. Whether it’s to lose 10, 20, 30, 40 or more pounds. To start eating better. Or to walk a mile without stopping. Whatever your goal is write it down right now and place it all around you.
Write it down and put it all around your house, at work, in your car, everywhere. So where ever you look you can always remember your goal. Then you can ask yourself. “Is what I’m doing going to get me closer to my goal?” Be honest with yourself. The only person responsible for your health is you. So the only person who can get you in better health is you as well.
If you find yourself getting off course or something happens in your life that deviates you from your goal. Remember you can always pick up where you left off. It’s never to late to get healthy.
