Did you know there are only 4 steps to a healthier you. Yep just 4. Lets start with the most important one…MINDSET

But when you’re dealing with something as challenging as weight loss and living a healthier lifestyle you have to get your mind right. Without positive thinking and KNOWING you can do this, you are defeated before you even begin. Negative thinking is not allowed on this website 🙂 . So start telling yourself you can achieve whatever goals you set for yourself.

And don’t give us this “I’m too busy” crap. Jonathan lost his weight with 15 minute workouts in the morning. Some of you take longer showers than that.

As you will see with the information we provide on healthylifefocus.com this change of lifestyle will be fun and you won’t be restricted all the time. So throw out everything you’ve read and heard and open your mind to a new way of fun healthy eating.

And guess what? You can still eat cake, potato chips, drink beer and wine, oreos, or whatever else you can think of that you KNOW is bad for you.
