RECIPE INFO

Prep Time: 15 minutes + Freezing time

Makes: 21 servings, 1 bar each

INGREDIENTS

  • 10-1/2 Graham Crackers broken into quarters (42 rectangles)
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped bananas
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups vanilla nonfat Greek-style yogurt

**Substitute** – use your favorite fruit if you don’t like any of the above

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Line 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over the sides.
  • Arrange half of the graham pieces in 3 rows of 7 pieces each on the bottom of the pan

  • Pulse fruits in a blender until blended nicely. (Some chunks should remain)
  • Spoon fruit into medium bowl
  • Stir in yogurt
  • Spread over the graham pieces in the pan
  • Top pan with remaining graham pieces (align with graham pieces on the bottom layer of the pan)

  • Freeze for 4 hours
  • Use foil to lift from pan
  • Cut between grahams into 21 bars
  • Let stand for 5 minutes before serving
