What you need

4 oz.  (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp.  canned chopped green chiles, drained
1/4 tsp.  ground cumin
4 whole wheat tortillas (6 inch)
1/2 cup  finely chopped red peppers
1/2 cup  KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese

Make it

MIX Neufchatel, chiles and cumin until blended; spread onto tortillas.

TOP with remaining ingredients.

ROLL up tortillas tightly. Cut each crosswise into 5 slices.

Kraft kitchens tips

Prepare roll-ups as directed, but do not cut into slices. Tightly wrap each roll-up in plastic wrap. Refrigerate up to 4 hours. Slice just before serving.
Prepare using tomato-flavored tortillas.
