OK, here is your no excuses workout plan. It doesn’t get any easier than this. I am only giving this simple plan because if you won’t do this, then you aren’t serious about losing weight.
The best time to workout is in the morning. It’s when you have the most energy and it will help jump start your metabolism. Most importantly you get it in and don’t have to worry about it the rest of the day.
So tomorrow morning I want you to roll out of bed and do the following:
25 Jumping Jacks
10 push ups
10 lunges (each leg)
That is one set.
Do as many sets as you can in 10 minutes. Rest for 30 – 60 seconds between sets if need be.
Write down what you did, how many of each exercise, and if you lasted the whole 10 minutes or not. Over the next week or so this should get easier. If these numbers are already too easy for you, do them faster and get in more sets in the 10 minutes. This will really get your heart pumping and you will feel great afterwords.
If you can’t do the numbers I listed above, don’t worry, it wasn’t easy for me either. But you have to start somewhere. So do what you can and write it down.
